Customer relationship management is a tool for companies to be able get, and create good relationships with customers so that they can source of profit the sustainability business processes. PT Bhinkea Rahsa Nusantara makes customer as one strategies in order produce satisfaction customers, this study aims determine factors affect satisfaction. This research uses factor analysis method SMART-PLS software, results variables are identification, interaction, problem solving together.
